Cancellation Policy

* All sales are final, this is a rain or shine event and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances. If you are unable to visit on your appointed day consider gifting your admission booking to a friend. Contact us regarding attendee changes due to our check-in upon arrival protocol.
 *Refunds due to Covid restrictions and cancellations occurring at Laveanne only, will be provided only on booked dates effected. A refund due to Covid will be provided minus a 5% transaction fee, charged by the merchant services refund and payment method. * If a refund or re-booking is requested more than 7 days before your visit, we will refund the amount minus a 25% administration fee.
 * Re-booking will then be your responsibility to re-book the new date and time using our online booking system.
 * All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. We cannot issue a refund to a different credit or debit card. If your credit card or debit card number has changed, but is for the same account (e.g., a new card has been issued for the same account), the refund will be processed to that account.
