Best described as apple-like, citrus-like taste, with under tones of mint with a hint of sweetness, and slightly rosemary like but with a stronger floral flavour. It is brighter and subtly peppery when raw. The colour is rich and vibrant and is hand cleaned to ensure absolutely no stems and leaves. With the abundance of flowers and buds, our lavender is perfect for loose teas (especially if you intend to make a tea with only lavender) and in any application that calls for sprinkles or food styling where the colours are sure to be prominent.
