This blend is traditionally used in cuisine from the south of France and will add a delectable flavour to, fish, chicken, meat, and stews. As well as potatoes and vegetable sides. Any where you can use rosemary you can substitute Herbs de Provence. Makes a nice salad dressing ingredient as well.
